In recent days we have heard a number of prominent persons announce that there is reputable information that Iran IS sending munitions and bombs into Iraq and that at least three terrorist training camps exist in Iran.
It is possible that we will never be able to completely interdict the arms smuggling, given that the Iran/Iraq border is long and rugged and hard to police.
But why haven't those camps been simply obliterated? Of course there would be "outrage," as there was after Reagan bombed Libya. But, oddly enough, Libya's sponsorship of terrorism came to a dramatic halt.
Isn't our over-riding strategy to take the war to the enemy?
Mr. President, what are you waiting for?
